With a robust portfolio encompassing approximately 200 properties, our client also oversees the financial operations of a thriving engineering firm they recently acquired.
We seek an Office and Accounts Administrator to support the Office & Accounts Manager in daily operations. This pivotal role requires building effective relationships, maintaining integrity, and demonstrating resilience with a proactive approach.

Process supplier invoices (purchase ledger).

Prepare and manage the purchase ledger payment schedule.

Manage supplier accounts and actively resolve queries.

Process customer invoices and manage timely receipt of payments (sales ledger).

Handle credit control by managing debtors and securing timely receipts.

Payroll:

Manage the company's holiday and absence calendar.

Verify timesheets and prepare payroll.

Handle diverse administrative challenges and support various business projects.

Undertake any other duties directed by the Directors.
Skills & Attributes

- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office; experience with Xero Accounting Software preferred.

Qualifications:
- They are ideally educated to A level or equivalent; relevant professional experience considered.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
