Chef de Partie - £27k plus £5k in tips - Colchester - You must have AA Rosettes (cooking everything fresh and from scratch to a high standard) cooking experience please and your own transport, unless you live locally. This 50 cover all fresh food hotel restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with AA Rosettes cooking experience to join their brigade of 5. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. You will work 4 days on, 3 days off over a week or 5 days on and 2 days off. We are offering a salary of £27k plus tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Monday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner.

Experience

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who can cook to a high level at 2AA Rosette level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Chef de Partie with a cooking background from etiher a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.

Salary & Benefits

  • £27k per year plus tips £5k
  • 45/55 hour week
  • 4 days on 3 days off per week, or 5 days on and 2 days off.

  • Must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement Status, or British Passport.
