We are looking for a Paint Preparation Operative to join my client's team. If you have experience with sanding down metal and other materials, or fettling, masking, preparing materials or parts, then this could be the role for you!
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual to join my client's team as a Paint Preparation Organisation. Working for a market-leading organisation who offer a competitive salary, career progression opportunities, and a midday finish EVERY FRIDAY!
Duties include:
- Preparing products and parts to be painted.
- Fettling, sanding, shot-blasting, degreasing, and masking parts.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools to prepare parts for painting.
- Quality checking painted products to ensure there are no faults.
- Packing finished products to be sent to production.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preparing different materials for production.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Good hand eye coordination.
