Marketing Manager Part-Time

Hybrid Working Possible

We are pleased to be offering an opportunity for a part-time Marketing Manager to join their team, primarily based in their Luton office, but hybrid working is possible. Hours are Approx 25 per week.

The role of the Marketing Manager is to work with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver on all of the activities of the Marketing Department by working across the full marketing mix including delivery of firm wide marketing campaigns, events, webinars, managing social media, developing marketing collateral, placing advertisements, writing content and ordering promotional stock.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • To manage the ongoing requirements of multiple stakeholders of varying levels across the Firm.
  • Liaison and guidance to the wider business on the pros or cons of specific marketing activities
  • To share results and reports and present them in a professional manner

To manage external networking activities.

Event Management:

  • Plan and deliver the events calendar
  • Deliver the logistical planning prior to seminars and events, including the execution of email campaigns to gather attendance (via Eventbrite or other); ensuring turnout meets expectations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of events on the day.
  • Post-event follow-up including feedback, invoicing and all attendee related follow-up actions
  • To source suitable internal volunteers for key networking groups and events

Collateral and content development

  • In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, support the preparation, planning and project-management of the publication of online and offline marketing material to maximise brand awareness, including the editing and proofreading process for use across different channels

Online

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with

  • Managing, maintaining and reviewing all social media platforms

  • Creating, scheduling and executing day-to day social media posting across Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Instagram platforms and look to build engagement with audiences.

  • Sharing all new and updated blog content from the firms website as well as active promotion of planned initiatives.

  • Analysing data across platforms so strategy can be adjusted accordingly for future campaigns.

  • Day-to-day review of the firms website and intranet content including proofreading, amendments, and updates

  • Ongoing database and contact management in connection with email marketing

  • Executing the running of the email marketing campaigns and monitoring the results.

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of the full marketing mix is essential
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and task are completed on time
  • Ability to work as part of a team, especially alongside the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven IT skills
