Financial Systems Improvement Project Manager

Castlefield are currently partnering with an NHS organisation based in the South West who are looking to recruit various roles into the finance team. One of these positions is an Interim Finance Systems Improvement Project Manager. This role offers flexible working and has potential to be outside of IR35.

Duties;

  • Analyse the systems current performance
  • Analysis of the teams strength and weaknesses
  • Identification of improvements that can be made
  • Liaising with the existing Financial Systems team and the IT development team to implement ‘quick win' improvements
  • Working with your key stakeholders to formulate a longer-term Systems Improvement plan which is likely to include a systems upgrade

Experience;

  • Unit 4 Agresso experience
  • Experience identifying issues and areas for improvement
  • The ability to work sensitively with existing staff whilst driving improved performance
