Full job description
My client is currently looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Based in Romford Essex they specialise in infernal fit out works at residential building and refurbishment projects across London. They are offering stable long-term opportunity.
The successful candidate will be assisting in managing the costs of various project, preparing tender and contract documents, procuring for materials for day-to-day site tasks. Ideally if you have experience working with decoration, flooring, tiling, carpentry, drylining trades.
Full support will be provided by experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Duties of the Role:
- Prepare Take offs, tender and contract documents, including bills of quants
- Measuring drawings
- Preparing Applications
- Review material requirements and placing orders as per site request
- Monitor costs to ensure budgets are met
- Visiting sites when required
- Liaising with supervisors on site
