A great opportunity with our prestigious client to be trained as a Legal Cashier!
Working within the forward thinking and friendly Accounts dept.
Key Responsibilities as Trainee Legal Cashier:
- Office & Client bank reconciliations.
- Client receipts and electronic payment preparation.
- Banking of cheques.
- Credit card postings and reconciliations.
- Invoice processing and review.
- Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests.
- Supplier invoice and expense claim processing and payments.
- Responding to Finance queries.
- Assisting with report preparation and distribution e.g., costs and residual balances.
- Ensuring disbursements are processed efficiently e.g., Companies House, Land registry and client property searches.
Key Requirements for the Trainee Legal Cashier:
- 1-2 years of accounts experience.
- Prior junior level experience, in accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Numeracy, accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent, proven organisational skills.
- Confident individual with a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
