Receptionist

Our client, a prestigious finance company located in the City, who are known for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, are currently seeking a professional Receptionist to join their dynamic team on an ad-hoc basis, and be the welcoming face of the company.

About the role:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation of their front desk and providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors.

Rate: £13.15 per hour

Dates: On an ad-hoc basis (first date is 01/07/24-05/07/2024)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors and staff with a professional attitude
  • Manage and direct incoming calls and e-mails to the appropriate staff
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and manage conference rooms and conference booking system
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filling and document preparation
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and clients
  • Helps with events and meetings
  • Responds to all requests from other offices

Requirements

  • Previous Corporate reception experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative while being proactive with a can-do attitude
