Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-12:30pm

Due to our client's continuous growth, Russell Taylor Group are recruiting a Warehouse Manager to join our Manufacturing client based in Wirral.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a small team of warehouse staff
- Assign and manage daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations
- Complete performance reviews
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy
- Develop SOP's
- Monitor and manage team's performance against KPI's
- Management of all yard operations
Skills:
- Previous experience as working as a Warehouse Manager
- RITIB Counterbalance licence
- Experience with Sage ERP System
