We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks during a peak period or special project. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information on products, orders, and deliveries.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate and distribute sales reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless sales operations.
Handle the filing and organization of sales documents, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and compliant with company policies.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
