Technical Services Supervisor - South Wales - Government Contract - Salary to £40k
You will supervise and manage a team of static/mobile engineers, making sure that all PPM and Reactive Works are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications across the HM courts and tribunals contract across South Wales.
As a Technical Supervisor, you will provide timely support to maintain the highest standard of statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in accordance with the Environmental Health & Safety policy, quality, sustainability and energy efficiency related standards, including Legionella Management.
You will act as an Appointed Person / Responsible Person for Technical Disciplines,
You will also assist the Regional Technical Manager in the first instance in the supervision of sub-contractors and specialist providers where required and liaise with all other parts of the Project Teams to support project activity.
You will drive effective maintenance policies including adequate and rationalised spares, time- management concepts and techniques and the analysis of complex information
You will also participate in the 24/7 maintenance cover (including on call rota) of the Building Engineering Services
