Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant with an HR Software, Recruitment Software, LMS or EdTech SaaS background required to join Customer Success function of this exciting SaaS provider.

Their Implementation Consultant's take charge of guiding new clients of their system from Point of Sale, through system set-up and then go-live. This will include taking the lead or assisting on:

  • System configuration and data implementation
  • System training and orientation for external clients
  • Relationship Management and Project Activities

Experience required

  • You will have worked in a Software Implementation, client software support or client onboarding software role directly facing clients for at least 18 months. This will have been in an HR Software, Recruitment Software, LMS or EdTech Software provider.
  • Strong technical skills in software configuration, customization and data migration.
  • Excellent project management skills including multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisation; working across multiple projects with concurrent deadlines, your time management is exemplary and you always deliver work in a timely fashion.

Desirable Requirements

  • Project Management qualifications.
  • Experience of preparing for and running training sessions (whether internally for staff or externally for clients).
  • Additional language skills and confidence with using these professionally.
  • HR sector knowledge/interest or CIPD qualification.

  • Salary - £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
  • Remote/Hybrid working- the implementation team is based in London, however they only go into the office infrequently, so happy to accommodate remote/hybrid working arrangements.
  • 25 days holiday (rising based on experience), plus bank holidays & birthday day off.
  • Working from home allowance of £250.
