The Role

If you're a self-starter with a knack for sales and a genuine interest in the marketing industry, this could be your dream job. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Amstrad Digital.

You'll be at the heart of our business development efforts, responsible for bringing in new clients and building strong partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you'll set up our sales systems, create compelling sales materials, and identify opportunities to maximise customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment and growth of our new business department.
  • Develop and implement sales systems and processes to enhance prospecting and the overall sales cycle.
  • Create and refine sales collateral, including decks, agency credentials, and pitch deck templates.
  • Analyse and improve processes to maximise customer lifetime value and spot future cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
