My client, a rapidly growing SME in the Mechanical Engineering sector, are seeking a Multi-Trade operative to join their commercial and residential refurb project close to White City.
A Valid CSCS card is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also hold Manual Handling & Asbestos Awareness certificates or be willing to take the online courses ahead of a start date
An NVQ Level 2 in a building trade would be beneficial, ideally a carpentry basis although this isn't essential. Own tools & PPE are required for this role
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm. Working on a CIS, self employed basis
Key Duties
- Painting
- Making wooden frames & boxing in plumbing work
- Small building works
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical works
