About Us:
We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers to join our existing IT Desktop Support team. As part of this team, you'll provide support to staff both face to face and remotely, ensuring efficient use of all IT services. Your role will involve troubleshooting, advice, and training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Offer advice and training to users on IT services.
Requirements:
- Experience in desktop support or a related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
