This well-established dealership in Cannock has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to its customers. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, the company is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service from start to finish
- Understand customer needs and accurately log service/repair requirements
- Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide regular updates on vehicle progress, costs, and completion timelines
- Prepare and process job cards, invoices, and payments efficiently
- Ensure that all customer queries are handled promptly and professionally
- Submit warranty claims and place orders for parts for sales vehicles, and workshop vehicles
- Ensure a weekly and monthly stock take is carried out
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role (ideally in the automotive industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of automotive processes and services is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and invoicing is a must
Benefits:
- Salary £27k - £30k
- Mon to Fri (8am – 5pm, earlier finish on some days to work from home for last hour)
- 33 days leave including BH`s
