Description
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
- Answer user inquiries regarding software or hardware issues and resolve problems.
- Perform remote software installations and hardware testing.
- Detect and troubleshoot errors by reading technical manuals and conducting diagnostics.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve software or hardware issues
- Install software and perform hardware testing remotely
- Verify system operations and detect errors
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and issues resolved
- Consult technical manuals and conduct diagnostics to provide support
Profile
- Experience in a similar IT support role
- Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10), Active Directory (basic knowledge), DNS, DHCP, printing services, hardware configuration, and software troubleshooting
- Previous exposure to networking and a background in manufacturing are beneficial but not mandatory

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with SOPs and processes
