The Role:
We're partnering with a growing Digital Agency who specialise in complex web builds, ERP / CRM, and software implementation / integration projects. After several successful years, they're now looking to add a PHP Developer to their team with the main responsibility of this role being to work in a client facing capacity, to bridge the gap between the 6 strong Development team, and the end clients!
For this role, it's crucial that the successful candidate comes from a client facing background, and is happy to work both hands on coding but also in a strategic capacity, working with clients to understand requirements and consult on what's possible, then liaising with the technical teams to make magic happen and convert requirements into completed projects.
Please note - Approx. 30% - 50% of this role will involve hands-on coding in PHP / Laravel. The remainder will be strategic and client facing. Please only apply if you're comfortable with this and have experience on both sides.

The Person:
- 5+ years industry experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a client facing position (Digital Agency desirable)
Interview Process:
- 1st stage - Video Interview
- 2nd stage - Face to face interview with CEO and wider team
