The Job You'll Do:
- Attend start-of-shift briefings to receive daily targets
- Produce the required batch of components
- Ensure compliance of all components with customer specifications
- Return jigs/tools to their storage areas and move finished components to the work-in-progress area
- Operate welding machines with a focus on safe working practices
- Optimize welding machine parameters for required joint configurations
- Adhere to company safety procedures
- Utilize overhead crane for material and component transportation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by line managers or appropriate managers
About You:
- Experienced and competent in steel fabrication
- Minimum of 1 year experience in welded component manufacture
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance records
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
