Finance Assistant- Belfast City Centre- Part-Time, Temporary
Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known organisation with offices based in Belfast City Centre.
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.
This position is offering an immediate start, 24hours- 32 hours per week and will be for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave.
_The successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties: _
- Sales Ledger invoice processing
- Sending statements to debtors
- Assisting with purchase ledger invoice processing
- Payroll administrative duties when required
- General accounting and administrative duties as and when required
_Essential Criteria: _
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within a Finance role, and carrying out similar duties
- IT Proficient
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
