Role & Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, reporting to the Logistics Department Manager, you'll maintain a safe warehouse, ensure accurate material storage, and preserve the quality and freshness of raw materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Health and Safety and Hygiene rules
- Meet customer requirements
- Maintain stock control and integrity
- Communicate and collaborate with team members
- Ensure stock accuracy
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Keep records up-to-date
No experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to kickstart and advance your career.
Shifts Designed for Success:
Our Warehouse Operatives work a rotational shift pattern that covers 7 AM to 7 PM, including both days and nights, totaling 14/15 days over a 28-day period:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
Enjoy a £1,000 per annum shift allowance for working both days and nights.
