Rides and Attractions Area Manager
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (immediate start)
Contract Type: 1-year fixed term contract, until Autumn 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are looking for a Rides and Attractions Area Manager to join the team on a 1-year fixed term contract.
As a Rides and Attractions Area Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of hosts and team leaders, ensuring they are delivering the highest possible standard of guest interactions while maintaining an efficient and enjoyable ride offering.
You will utilise our resort KPI data to inform decisions regarding ride efficiency, labour budgets, staff reward and recognition and employee relations. Our guests should be provided with the highest standards of interaction from everyone in your team, and you will lead by example seeking out moments of excellence with our guests and empowering your team to do the same.
Your role will play a key part in keeping our staff and guests safe when they are onsite, and you will undertake mandatory training (including but not limited to: CRD, Working at Height, Train the Trainer, Merlin Continuous Improvement Green Lock) and build excellent rapport with key stakeholders around the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience with team management is essential, ideally in a theme park setting
- You will have previous experience with employee relations management, coaching, performance improvement plans and formal people management
- Passionate about Health and Safety, with a willingness to attend mandatory Health and Safety training
- Awareness of HSG-175 is advantageous
- Previous experience of risk assessments, COSHH assessments and CoSWPs
- Comfortable and confident with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
- You will be a natural people person, with a friendly and approachable manner and fresh ideas on how to motivate your team and ensure our guests are receiving the best possible experience throughout their visit

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Rides & Attractions Area Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
