Remote Position (May Require some office visits to Warwick/ London)

12 Month Contract

Circa* £700 per day

Are you an ambitious, innovative, and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central lead with a fantastic understanding of HR processes and technology?

We are looking for an experience SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central lead to develop and optimise our Clients HR technology IT solutions and drive continuous improvement to optimise people engagement and maximise team performance to help deliver our People Digital Transformation.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR Technology team as an Employee Central lead, partnering with our clients People and Culture, Business Service and IT colleagues and play an integral role in shaping their HR technology and digital offering to the business.
  • Provide key technical leadership as our client embarks on a People Digital Transformation project comprising of re-implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, connected applications, implementation of EC payroll and Service Now HRSD.
  • Report to the Head of HR Technology within the Global People Function you will act as technical and operational advisor for your specific area of HR technology.

As a highly proficient lead within your area of expertise, this role will provide you with an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with other modules and associated technologies is also desirable

This role is a full-time position for an initial 12-month period. You will benefit from hybrid working to provide flexibility within your working hours. Occasional travel to the UK/US may be required.

Experience We're Looking For

  • Strong industry experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central lead and/or with implementation and continuous improvement experience.
  • Relevant SuccessFactors accreditation and experience working as a business consultant within this area, ideally with previous experience in implementing and re-implementing SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain productive relationships/interactions up to executive level with the ability to think strategically.
  • Implementation of short and long-term detailed product design, involving working with a System Integration partner to deliver business objectives.
  • Experience of product delivery processes - defining product roadmaps, collaborating and co-ordinating with other product owners and system administrators.
  • Continuous improvements through regular product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, service performance metrics.
  • Management of prioritised product backlog and product dependencies based on overall strategy, business objectives and customer/ end user's needs.
