Graduate Support Analyst

I am currently looking for a Graduate Support Analyst to join the team and help to continue the success of this amazing company.

As a Support Analyst, you will:

  • Solve system user problems and resolve customer issues.
  • Advise users on maximising the System functionality.
  • Help customers configure the System to meet their business needs.
  • Identify and suggest ideas for new functionalities and services.
  • Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved system use.
  • Support other teams in testing new releases of the System.

Candidate Profile:

  • A 2:1 or above in an analytical degree subject.
  • Excellent A-levels including Mathematics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Logical, organised, and practical approach.
  • Confidence and eagerness to take on responsibility.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Interest in technology and a passion for a software industry career.
