Job Description:
As an ECT Geography Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' understanding of the world and its environments. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum. Your role will involve assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and encourages all students to achieve their potential is essential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices, and actively participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to achieve QTS by September 2024.
- Strong subject knowledge in Geography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
