A leading Liverpool law firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their Practice Management team. This hands-on role covers all aspects of HR, from employee relations and recruitment to performance management and training. You'll provide crucial HR support, ensuring smooth daily operations and advising on key people-related issues as the firm continues to grow.
The candidate
- 2+ years' HR experience (CIPD Level 5)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR software
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Law firm experience is beneficial
- Be able to use your own initiative
This role is a full time, permanent position and to work with a reputable law firm and working alongside the HR Manager with various tasks.
