Job Title: Admissions Officer
Contract: Full Time | Permanent Vacancy
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm OR 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Circa £25,500 pa +
Location: St Albans

The Role:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Admissions Officer to manage the admissions process and ensure accurate data entry. Key responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating pre-entry interviews, managing student enrolments, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.
The successful applicant with also complete additional administrative tasks as and when requires;
Photocopying, Processing Applications, Data Entry, Managing Sickness Records, and Answering Calls and Queries.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Minimum GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths
