Our successful AYR branch, we are currently recruiting for an Accounts Admin Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative procedures within the branch.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining the customer database
- Dealing with customer queries at the trade desk
- General admin duties as required
- Answer calls into the branch
- Builders' merchant experience would be a distinct advantage
- Giving excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Good IT skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Great Attention to detail
- Confident, outgoing and friendly
- Good customer service skills
- Previous experience in a builder's merchant would be a distinct advantage
