Our client, a market leader in the washroom sector requires an ADMINISTRATOR to assist the busy Sales teams with important sales admin tasks.

THE ROLE

The Sales teams are responsible for building excellent relationships with customers and delivering outstanding service at every opportunity to secure as many orders as possible. The ADMINISTRATOR would be responsible for assisting the Sales teams with daily admin duties and other ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Sales office.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as part of a wider team
  • Delivering outstanding service to colleagues & customers at all times
  • File checking
  • Scanning orders
  • Making order files
  • Finding files
  • Completing quotation request paperwork
  • Raising new project paperwork
  • Delivering paperwork to appropriate departments
  • Assisting other departments as required
  • Carrying out any other tasks that may be necessary for the smooth running of the site

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication with a strong attention to detail
