Band 7 Occupational Therapy Locum - Neuro/Stroke Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist with neuro/stroke-specific skills for a locum position in Orpington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of patients with complex neurological and stroke rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions for patients with neuro and stroke conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Support patients and their families through effective discharge planning and community reintegration.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Band 7 Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in neuro/stroke rehabilitation.
- Registration: Must be HCPC registered.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
