Technical Sales Administrator – Newark – £25,000 - £28,750

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with market leading company who are actively seeking Technical Sales Administrator to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who is pro-active, confident and enthusiastic. This role would suit someone with administration experience, with excellent communication skills and "thinking on your feet" ability.

Package & Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £25,000
  • Achievable OTE of £28,750
  • Monday – Friday

  • 28 holidays, additional holidays accrued after 2 years' service

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Communicate confidently with clients and suppliers via telephone and email
  • Answer incoming calls to the sales department.
  • Manage projects from quote to order.
  • Ensure CRM system is up to date with client and project information.
  • Provide technical help to clients
  • Size, assist in design and price systems to meet client requirements.
  • Arrange/attend client project sales meetings
  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time

Required skills & experience:

  • High level of competency in MS Office
  • Experience using a CRM System
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and organised
  • Hardworking attitude with high attention to detail
