Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for Medical Information Associate Director to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
As the Medical Information Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Medical Information team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and impactful content that supports the company's portfolio.You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and key opinion leaders to ensure the highest standards of medical information dissemination.
**Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the global Medical Information team, providing strategic direction and operational excellence
- Overseeing the development and delivery of scientifically accurate and compliant medical content for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, and Commercial to ensure aligned medical communication strategies
- Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality responses
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences (PharmD, MD) with significant experience in Medical Information within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements, medical information best practices, and pharmaceutical product lifecycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
