- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team
- Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support business needs through the development and management of talent
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
