The Role
As a Client Engagement Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the branch through engaging conversations that enhance its reputation.
- Handling client queries and resolving complaints to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Keeping client information up-to-date and accurate in the database.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with a passion for customer service and relationship-building. If you're organised, a great communicator, and ready to make an impact, this role could be ideal for you. Key qualities include:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
