Strong Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management principles.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

Experience of the following is highly desirable: Housing System Portfolio (e.g. Housing Management Systems and Income Management Systems), Corporate Services System Portfolio (e.g. Legal Case Management, Health & Safety Case Management, HR).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Proven leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
