Marketing Executive - Gerrards Cross
Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to create
and develop marketing campaigns both digital and online presence for our company. If you
are a tech-savvy marketing professional with an interest in financial services communicating
through business to business and direct to consumer channels both on and off line, we would
like to meet you. As a marketing Executive, you will develop original content and create and
execute campaigns to attract more contacts and promote our brand within the financial
services market.
Responsibilities
- Work with the existing senior management team to create and execute the marketing
strategy
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's overall
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape within the financial services sector.
- Enhance and maintain the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all
marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in product offerings
and communications.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, optimizing strategies for
maximum effectiveness.
- Maintain existing marketing collateral and create new items, where required.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various channels,
including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Ensure content adheres to industry regulations and effectively communicates the
company's value proposition.
- Plan, execute, and analyse integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and
increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement successful
marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing
- Provide insights and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to
optimise future strategies.
Skills
- Experience and strong knowledge of marketing strategy, creation and implementation
and brand management, ideally with experience in a property finance environment
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms - especially LinkedIn
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video), with the ability to implement
an idea from conception through to completion.
- Good Knowledge of HTML
- Experience in using Mailchimp
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Experience meeting and exceeding social media KPIs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 Years' Experience
