**What We're Looking For
:
- Fluent Swiss German speaker with strong English skills.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for service excellence.
- Experience with customer support software such as Sprinklr is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Swiss and Austrian markets is essential.
