Inbound Sales Administrator – Sheffield - £25,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing company, who are actively seeking an experienced Administrator to support their sales team. They are looking for someone who is organised and proactive to join their fantastic team in Sheffield. The role would suit someone who is organised, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proficient in using common office software.

Inbound Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Providing a can-do attitude to customers needs
  • Supporting the office staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Always ensuring high levels of customer service are provided
  • Providing excellent aftersales support

Required skills & experience:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience of working in an administration role
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Packages
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Proactive working attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
