Temporary to Permanent IT Support is required for our client at Pride Park.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in IT and who is customer-focused, you will report to the IT manager.
Duties Include:
- Being the first point of contact for IT problems
- Track IT support tickets
- Providing first-line support, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems
- Professional support to internal stakeholders including engineers
- Diagnosing hardware issues
- Preparing and ordering equipment including laptops and mobiles
- Wiping hardware
- Working with Microsoft 365
Requirements for the role:
- First or second-line IT Support
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Experience in a customer focussed IT role
Salary up to 27k
