The Opportunity:
As our Production & Logistics Manager, you'll:
- Oversee production of cutting-edge electronic products (and manage subcontractors)
- Drive new product introductions and maintain the high quality standards that they're known for
- Manage in-house Production Engineers
- Liaise with customers, Project Managers and Stakeholders to ensure timescales are hit and quality standards are consistently delivered
- Manage warehouse logistics and orders
We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in electronics production/development project management
- Expertise in SMT, PCA assembly, and final product assembly/testing
- A background overseeing departments, people, or managing projects.
- Passion for quality and getting things done
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for success
