Acoustic Consultant
My client is looking for a skilled Acoustic Consultant to join their team. With over 25 years of industry experience, my client is dedicated to providing customized services in noise and vibration consultancy. They have expertise in a variety of sectors, including construction, commercial units, and large-scale industrial projects. In addition, they offer expert witness support in civil and criminal legal proceedings.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, in addition to the IOA Diploma
- Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status
- Prior experience in project planning and preparation of project applications reports
- Proficiency in addressing technical issues during assessments
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the development life cycle
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Adapt project plans and designs to meet client specifications and statutory guidelines
- Conduct regular noise and vibration inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and British standards at all project stages
- Offer expert guidance and remedial advice to clients to resolve technical issues that may impact project completion and timelines
