I specialise in placing building services maintenance engineers with leading FM service providers and direct in house clients. I am currently hiring for multiple vacancies across multiple pay-scales inside the M25.
Duties
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Plumbing PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Liaising with subcontractors to escort around the building for critical jobs
- Ensuring all compliance and legal documentation is kept in order and up to date
- Liaising closely with the client FM to ensure all reactive jobs and PPMs are completed within SLA
- Taking on industry training to keep your knowledge up to date
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical field
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Building services maintenance experience
