We have an opportunity for Relief Support Workers to join our team supporting vulnerable people affected by or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence, substance and alcohol misuse, mental health illness and other support requirements.

As a relief worker you will have the opportunity to pick up shifts on occasions that suit you. This flexibility puts you in charge - making this role perfect to work around your schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer direct support to young people.
- Provide emotional support, advocacy, and practical assistance
- Monitor safety of building and residents.
- Coordinate with external agencies for resources and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

AN IDEAL SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Experience in supporting vulnerable people in hostels/project-based settings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Proactive nature.
