About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Business Services and No7 Beauty Company Platform as Business Technology Partner. In this highly sought after role, you will be responsible for leading the business technology relationship and roadmap for the No7 Supply Chain and R&D functions. Responsible for ensuring products are maintained, supported and delivered in line with our IT and Business strategy you will work directly with the business teams to manage technology driven change in their areas, accountable for the technology delivery. You will be an integral part of the business team you are supporting, sitting on their Lead Team. Reporting into the Director of IT Business Services and No7 Beauty Company, you will lead a team comprised of a Solution Architect and a Business Analyst who will support you with shaping the activity in this area.

What you'll need to have

  • A customer centric mindset
  • Working side by side with research and development, supply, operations and internal/external technology suppliers/teams to co-develop, drive and own a prioritised technology roadmap and backlog
  • Owning and managing business technology portfolio, business change projects, tech products, budgets, delivery and stakeholder management for your functional area
  • Experience working as a business partner, ideally in or with research and development, operations and supply chain functions, with experience in demand and supply planning, cash management processes, sales and operations planning, supply/stock processes and trade promotion & management
  • Excellent communication, analysis, partnering and delivery management skills to work with stakeholders and customers across the organisation, to inform the portfolio, product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation
  • Experience in business relationship management, change management, portfolio and project management, technology product ownership and has a strong balance of business acumen and technology knowledge and business case / benefits analysis and management

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience of line management
  • Great presentational skills
  • The ability to constructively challenge
  • Experience in the following technologies: E2Open, Stibo STEP, SAP S/4 HANA, UpClear, Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in a CPG organisation
