Prospero Teaching are looking for working with an all inclusive school community as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a team of specialist educators and therapists to provide tailored support to students with diverse and complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include implementing individual learning plans, adapting classroom activities to suit varied learning styles, and fostering a nurturing environment that encourages independence and growth. You'll have the chance to build strong, trusting relationships with your students, empowering them to overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements.

The school is a very welcoming school where it is important to find the most suitable person for the role. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting children or adults with complex needs, ideally holding qualifications or training in special education.
