Our client is a top insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their industry-leading team. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure is available and negotiable dependent on experience.

Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Solicitor position will see you handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from conception to conclusion. You will provide excellent legal advice on clinical negligence matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating cases. Files will be of a complex nature with a focus on NHS resolution.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0-4 years PQE. Previous experience managing your own caseload of high-volume clinical negligence matters is essential. Defendant clinical negligence experience is preferable, however, those with claimant clinical negligence experience will also be considered. You must have excellent drafting, negotiating and advocacy skills.
