Change and Communications Manager – Pharma - £475 pd Outside IR35
Our globally recognised pharmaceutical client now requires a talented Change and Communications Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a highly visible transformation programme currently in flight.
The Change and Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful change strategies, reporting directly into the Programme Lead. You will be performing change impact assessments and partnering closely with project managers and workstream leads to support successful delivery of major change initiatives.
Keys Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of Change Management in large digital transformation programmes
- Understanding of AI and other new technologies, and experience of implementing them into businesses
- Expert in delivering communications strategies within a busy change landscape
- Great stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D (desirable)
Rate: £475 per day Outside IR35 Duration: 6 months Location: Hybrid/Cambridge (approx. 1 day per week on site)
