This role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing with Post completion matters
- Assisting fee earners in the completion of their work
- Preparation of documents and correspondence
- Screening incoming calls
- Diary management
- File administration and case management
- Scanning and allocating incoming post
- General office administration duties
Person specification
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative.
- Post completion experience is desirable
