Background

This role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Post completion matters
  • Assisting fee earners in the completion of their work
  • Preparation of documents and correspondence
  • Screening incoming calls
  • Diary management
  • File administration and case management
  • Scanning and allocating incoming post
  • General office administration duties

Person specification

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative.
  • Post completion experience is desirable
