Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their warehouse. You'll be responsible for organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. What You'll Do:
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all items match load lists.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages in inventory.
- Maintain, check, and clean equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
- Stock and prepare consumables for upcoming projects.
- Wrap and package set pieces carefully to ensure safe transport.
- Collate hire orders and process returned items.
- Drive company vehicles as required to support operations.
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid forklift licence.
- A clean driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
