This role involves managing IT service delivery, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing leadership to the support team to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, development and maintenance of key elements of both the SAP ERP system and the Camos configurator.

The IT Systems Manager will:

Profile
A successful IT Systems Manager should have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Systems role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
- A broad understanding and experience of SAP.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
